     3, Maya jujube: Maju jujube seedlings originated in Ganzhou, Hebei. It has a lot of juice, sour and sweet. The flavor is thick, and the whole red fruit contains soluble solids 35.5%. The fruit in the Yinzhou area of Hebei is mature in the middle and late August, and the fruit development period is 80 d (days). It is harvested at the end of July, and the fruit shape is long. The average fruit weight is 28 grams, the maximum is 66 grams, the flesh is fine (the bit early golden crispy fleshy is coarser), the sugar content is 31%, sweeter.
