The 5th International Jujube Symposium Announcement

Jujube (Ziziphus) is an outstanding multi-purpose economic plant with great potential in drought and marginal regions. Undoubtedly, it will play an increasingly important role in horticulture. To show the latest achievements and research progress in the field of jujube, promote communication and cooperation among world experts, the Fifth International Jujube Symposium (5th IJS) sponsored by International Society for Horticultural Science (ISHS) will be held in Baoding (150km south of Beijing, the capital of China) in September 5 ～ 8, 2021. Meanwhile, the symposium will be broadcast live online through the Zoom webinar. The symposium is organized by Hebei Agricultural University, China.

5.Abstract, presentation and poster (1) Abstracts can be submitted through the conference website following registration (http://jujube.nssoft.net/). The abstract must be in English. The Deadline for abstract submission is August 20, 2021. (2) All oral presenters, including invited and keynote speakers, must submit a manuscript for Acta Horticulturae. If this is not agreed by the author(s), the work can be presented as a poster instead. The deadline for full text paper submission is September 8, 2021. (3) Poster presentations will be displayed continuously during the symposium. Theposter dimension is maximum 90 cm wide x 120 cm high. The deadline for poster submission is September 5, 2021. You can take you poster to the venue or we can help to print it. 

6.Official language English is the language of 5th IJS and will be used in all correspondence, presentations and publications. However, Chinese translation will be provided if it is necessary.
